Bloom Oshawa offers 201 suites on seven floors, with studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units for rent. All suites are soundproofed, so you can look forward to peace, quiet and privacy! All are brand new. Walk in and you’ll immediately notice the beautiful windows. Step out onto the private balcony and take in the view of your new surroundings.
The kitchen is sure to delight — complete with quartz countertops, spacious fridge, stove and dishwasher, all in stainless steel.
Every feature is designed for absolute comfort and convenience, with central air conditioning, electric heating and individual climate controls as standard features. Most suites will have their own washers and dryers, and all boast ample closet and plenty of storage space.
All suites come equipped with safety features in the bathrooms.
For total peace of mind, all are equipped with smoke/heat detectors and a sprinkler system.

At Bloom retirement community, our seniors’ apartments are designed with active and fully independent seniors in mind. They are spacious with fully equipped kitchens and lots of storage space. Seniors’ apartments include a washer and dryer in every suite. They also have a fridge, stove and dishwasher in stainless steel. Home telephone, cable TV and internet are included.
Independent Living Plus Apartments, located on the first and second floors are intended for independent seniors looking for a worry-free lifestyle while remaining fully independent. The apartments include a kitchenette with a cooktop, refrigerator, washer and dryer in your suite. Independent Living Plus will include the following services:
Our Assisted Living Suites, also called care units, are all on one floor. They cater to the requirements of seniors who need more care and assistance on a daily basis. They offer three meals a day and snacks. In addition to the Independent Living package, they offer a personalised daily care plan, room cleaning, laundry and linen and towel service.
